水滴(图案): Brand Story Concept

Brand story concept for this trademark.

The Inspiration Behind the Name

The Vietnamese Waterdrop concept continues the idea of minimalist hydration. A simple drop, ‘giọt nước’ in Vietnamese, gives it an approachable visual identity. In the imagined story, a design team in Ho Chi Minh City draws inspiration from a landscape shaped by the Mekong and the sea. The rounded outline and transparent-water imagery suggest gentleness, simplicity and the everyday place of water in life and skincare.

Brand Inspiration

The imagined Vietnamese story begins in Ho Chi Minh City, drawing on the rice fields of the Mekong Delta, the sea at Nha Trang and the mountain springs around Sa Pa. The proposed formulas use natural mineral water as a base and light textures suited to tropical conditions. The narrative follows a small Saigon office developing an everyday moisturising concept for Vietnamese customers.

Product Philosophy

The guiding idea is tropical hydration. The proposed range includes hydrating toner, moisturising cream and mist in clear bottles with pale-blue labels. Textures are intended to feel lighter than versions developed for cooler Asian markets, making a mist a convenient companion in humid summer weather. The concept values freshness and comfort over heaviness, taking the evening breeze along the Mekong as its creative image.

Quality Commitment

The proposed quality plan uses Vietnamese natural mineral water, local skin testing, recyclable packaging and traceable batches. It aims to avoid unnecessary additions and concentrate on reassuring basic hydration. The central idea is that a light, comfortable moisturiser can be an important everyday essential in a tropical climate.

Market Vision

The vision is to become a first hydrating toner for young Vietnamese customers, accompanying everyday routines from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, Da Nang and the Mekong Delta through the hot seasons.

The proposed packaging programme works with young local designers on watercolour-inspired labels: the Mekong’s surface, Nha Trang’s waves and Sa Pa’s springs. Seasonal limited designs would turn the bottle into a small encounter with Vietnamese scenery as well as a skincare product.

A proposed membership programme, ‘Waterdrop Diary’, invites users to share daily hydration experiences on social media and collect points towards limited-edition packaging. Its purpose is to encourage a consistent habit, sustained gently over time like the Mekong’s continuing flow towards the sea.

The Brand in a Nutshell

Vietnamese Waterdrop is a simple drop-shaped identity with a focused moisturising purpose. Inspired by the Mekong, it imagines a light, dependable place in everyday Vietnamese skincare: a small drop with a lasting role in daily care.
